SongFromHeaven creates personalized memorial songs based on the information, memories, preferences, and files you submit. The service may use creative tools, production workflows, and human review to produce the final song.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information. Payment is collected through Stripe before production begins. Prices, delivery estimates, and package details are shown at checkout and may change for future orders.

You are responsible for the memories, names, photos, prompts, references, and other materials you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit them for use in a memorial song.

You grant SongFromHeaven permission to use submitted content only as needed to create, deliver, support, and improve your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin after successful payment and receipt of required order details. If the final song misses the mark, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you on a revision or refund.

You may not use the service to submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms or could harm the service, our team, or others.

After full payment, you may use the delivered song for personal, family, memorial, and non-commercial tribute purposes. We retain ownership of the SongFromHeaven name, website, templates, tools, workflows, and other service materials.

We aim to create a meaningful tribute, but creative results are subjective. The service is provided as available and without guarantees that every song will match every expectation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SongFromHeaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
